It can transform your relationship with pain and be an opportunity and catalyst for deep change and moving more towards living a life according to your values.

In private sessions students learn how various conditions manifest in their body which offers more than just immediate help but facilitates new awareness and a way to look deeper into the manifestation of pain to see the roots and move beyond temporary fixes and toward the journey of healing completely in body, mind, and spirit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Cancellation within 24 hours required
  • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
  • If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

YOGA LESSONS

Sessions are personalized, focused hours in which we design a practice for you.  Each session lasts between 1.5 – 2 hours. We can focus on the physical postures of yoga, therapeutics or philosophy.

LOCATION:
Sessions are available at my studio or at your home.  There is an additional travel fee of $25 for a session at your home.
